The Haumoana School Polar Plunge 2005

I went to the Haumoana School pool on Sunday the 28th of August for their annual Gannet Dive. Because it wasn’t really the middle of winter (it was postponed from earlier in the year because half the school were off sick) I decided to celebrate the coming of spring by wearing my fluffy bunny suit. The principal, Marty Hantz (spiderman) and I lead the brave swimmers in a cold polar plunge. Well done to all those who participated and dressed up for the day.
